Strategic Alignment & Platform Role
- Achieve strategic alignment with the Department of Meta-BioHealth.
- Serve as a central bio-health platform by establishing a comprehensive research and educational infrastructure
Organizational Structure:
- Establishment of Advisory, Steering, and Executive committees under the Director's leadership.
- Formation of an expert advisory group for specialized, shared bio-equipment (e.g., Cryo-TEM, Confocal Microscopy).
- Development of dedicated teams for Research Support, Bio-Business, Convergence Research, Education, and PR/External Cooperation.
